From the very beginning, the company tends to follow brand value strategy in order to provide a quality product to the customers (Kaynak Sert, 2012). After the entrance of Kogan and Temple and Webste, another two retail brands, The Iconic decided to follow low cost strategy by reducing the quality of their product. Thus, in order to run behind the success, organization managers should never deny their business ethics and values. Maintaining diversity management at the workplace is one of the most valuable ethics that most of the business organization tends to follow. Sometimes, it has been observed that people of different cultures and attitudes cannot adjust with each other at the workplace (Piff et al., 2012). Linguistic barriers, psychological barriers, cultural barriers make a hindrance for maintaining an effective communication with the employees. As a result, business managers tend to avoid recruiting people of diverse culture (Stevens, Deuling Armenakis, 2012). This particular perception is completely unethical for a business organization. People of every culture and religious background should get equal priority and response from the organization.
